My husband and I both have been taking this product! We take the suggested dosage on gym days and take 4 capsules on days we don’t work out. We feel so powered up! Really helps to increase natural energy! I’ve also seen a difference during my ovulation time, normally I feel a little pain but this month nothing couldn’t feel myself ovulating at all, so I definitely can tell it is healing my hormones! We will continue to use this product!
