A great value for what seems like the best combination tool for the price
I also own a Leatherman wingman and while I wish this wasn’t quite so heavy I find in many ways it seems to be better than that premier product at about one third of the cost. I especially like the much larger file on this one and it includes a saw and a serrated knife as well as the straight edge knife. The scissors work well, the can opener can likely also serve as a bottle opener and it has the usual flat and Phillips style screw driver blades. The belt pouch included is also nicely made and seems to be heavy duty.

Decent for the money
I carry a leatherman everyday and it’s obviously much better quality, however it’s also obviously much more expensive. This fills the niche of having something in my loved ones cars that they may or may not ever use, it’s got spring loaded pliers which make it easier for people to use and seems sturdy. It has some decent weight to it giving it a good feel and size, the only issue is that some of the outside locks are so tough I hardly can close them. This doesn’t affect functionality, just means I have to break it in a bit before gifting.

Worth every penny
I'd first like to say that multi-tools are not designed to replace dedicated tools. That being said, it is worth every bit of the $20 I paid for it. Since most people seem to compare all these budget tools to the leathermans, I will do the same. I have owned 3 leathermans: the Rebar, the P4, and the P2. Out of the box, the Workpro feels like good quality, and its fairly heavy. I didn't intend to carry this in my pocket, so the included sheath (which is very adequate) is nice. It is about the same length and width as the Rebar, but is significantly thicker. The tool unfolds with a proper stiffness for a new tool, and the knives and accessories all open with no fuss. Clamping the pliers feels sturdy, and they return to the open position with a strong spring action. The outer tools use a liner lock, while the inner tools use a backlock, both of which work fine, although the liner can be a bit stiff, which will soften a bit after use. Im satisfied with the tool set, although my crosshatch file could be a bit more sharp, but I think the fine grit side will make up for that. The saw is nice and sharp, and locks firmly in place. The smaller flathead on the cutter works perfectly for switch plate screws, which makes it extra handy. Scissors work great as well, and the little thumb rest is a nice touch. All of the tools are easy to access and easy to use. Overall, this is a good multitool for the money, and worth adding to a collection, however I would probably not want it to be my only mutlitool.

The Multitool for Everyone That Doesn’t Break the Bank!!!
I’m new to the multitool community, and can’t be bogged down with a big full toolbox. I was looking for something smaller size that could fit in my pocket, belt, bag, or backpack. That just screams carryability. That’s when looking on Amazon multitools seem to fit the bill, but I wasn’t looking to spend a lot of cash on a multitool when I didn’t know much about them and no, I knew I only needed it for certain tasks such as Phillips head, flat hit screwdrivers, pliers, scissors saw, knife, blade, serrated, blade, cordage, rope, cutter, wire, stripper, wire, crimper, can opener, bottle opener, prybar, wood file, diamond file 18 tools in one multitool. Good tool for an excellent price!
These are a heck of a bargain. Not as high-quality as Leatherman and other top brands but close and at about 1/4 of the cost. They are much higher quality than the no-name brands you see at Walmart or Bass Pro. They are made of good steel and all of the tools are functional. They feel a little bit heavier for the size than some of my other multi tools. That said, I think this is an ideal multitool to keep in your glove box or in some other place where you might need tools. It would also be a great choice for a teenager who can’t afford $100 multitool.I think I still prefer my Leatherman wave or signal for every day caring, but I am glad this tool.

Great value
Best 20 bucks I spent for Christmas. Well made with all of the commonly needed tools. Once you play with it and figure it out, it all makes sense. I've used it and it has done the job. Knife was razor sharp. Comes with pouch and clip (unlike Leather man which costs 7 to 10x more and comes with neither). Put a little oil on it and straped it on. Great bang for the buck. People write things like, " I broke it trying to fell a tree," look folks, these are designed for "in case of." They are for those times you couldn't bring your tool box with you LOL If I get this dirty, lose it, or loan it and it never comes back, I'm out 20 bucks, not 200.00 for a Leatherman. I'd buy it again, no questions asked. It just works.

A good tool with some critical flaws
I was looking forward to trying this multitool after seeing several positive video reviews. I was hoping to find an inexpensive tool suitable for emergency bags, gifts, or general backup use. While there's a lot to like here, there are also some critical flaws that hold it back. The good: The spring action on the pliers is excellent. Most multitools I've used, even more expensive ones, lack this feature. The nested Phillips driver system is clever, adding an extra small Phillips head without taking up additional space. The pull cutter/package opener built into one of the flat drivers works extremely well. Both the straight and serrated knife blades arrived very sharp and cut with ease. The can opener includes a handy notch on the side for wire stripping. The bad: The main issues lie with the other two large tools: the file and the saw. Both tools sit recessed so deeply in the frame that their opening notches are inaccessible (see pictures). The file can sometimes be opened by pressing on the textured side and pushing up, but even then, it struggles to lock into place without extra force. As for the saw, the sides are too smooth to grip effectively, and I haven't been able to open or test it at all. It seems like something is out of spec. Whether it's the frame, the detents, or the tools themselves is unclear. Bottom line: Despite some genuinely good features, I can't recommend or gift this multitool due to these quality control issues with the saw and file.

Great value!
Update: I've had a couple months of work-use to provide some additional thoughts. Wire cutters are a little soft, not too worried about it given the price of the tool, sometimes when cutting wire the pliers will get stuck in a closed position. After a bit of a break-in period, and maybe some oil, the tools are much easier to access and I think are easier to deploy than most multi-tools. The mini driver is such an awesome feature I've used it a ton! Also the files are better than expected after getting some real use on them. Was not able to move the clip over to the other side like I wanted. Oh well. None of these change my overall rating and perception of value. Still a 10/10 would buy again and is a part of my work routine to make sure this is in my pocket. Original Review: I needed something to replace my Old Leatherman Rebar that I lost but couldn't stomach $80 for something I beat up every day at work. I saw the Workpro on some EDC YouTube channels a few months ago and was shocked the price hadn't gone up. Pros: Compact. I wear Wrangler ATG pants for work and I used to carry my rebar in the coin pocket. The Work Pro fits just fine. I like that it has the clip as well. Exterior tools are great. I love the easy access to the blades and the file. Spring loaded pliers, tools are pretty easy to access and they're all locking which us great. Love the micro phillips driver! Didn't realize this was a feature when I bought it and was pleasantly surprised. Ergonomics are pretty good. Some cheaper multi tools are really uncomfortable to use, the Work Pro feels pretty good. Wire cutters perform well with light work. Cons: A little heavy, but that's to be expected from a $20 tool. A little stiff in some places so needs a little maintenance out the box. Some of the black finish on the cutters is already wearing out with some wire cutting. Overall: I'm going to see about swapping the orientation of the exterior tools and the clip, but I'd buy again for sure. For $20 I'll probably get another one just to sit in the car. Update: I've bought a second one. I now have the green and blue. The blue I added some oil (I used oil for my hair clippers and it worked great), the green I left alone. Definitely add some lubrication to your tool and it'll be much better. I've seen some folks complain about the scissors. Not sure what they're experiencing, I've used these a lot to cut plastic strapping on boxes and bales etc for shipping purposes. When I moved I had these packed and had to go back to a Gerber multitool (don't remember the name) to do some home maintenance stuff and change a tail light bulb, I missed my workpro so much. The tool is extremely comfortable and I paid 2-3x as much for my Gerber and the user experience just hurts the hands. These tools are still 10/10 for value. Never afraid to take it to work and have something happen to it, but I still actively prefer it over more expensive tools I own.
