I found it to be very smooth, with no lag, whether I was using a finger or a stylus. One of the standout features is the built-in Android 11 operating system. This is a game-changer. I was able to easily download my preferred digital signage software and have it up and running in minutes. The 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage are more than sufficient for running display software and storing a significant amount of media. The screen quality is sharp and bright, perfect for showcasing ads and content. Very easy to connect with my phone and rotate between vertical and horizontal. Battery lasts a long time, and the stand is stable. Excellent value for my shop

For the price of this, you would think you’d get something in better quality. It came scratched and chipped. I didn’t even bother to plug it up and sent it back the same day I received it! I wanted something my customers can view upon walking towards my business and was excited about receiving this piece of equipment only to be disappointed after unboxing.

Generally, does what it needs to do. HOWEVER… they did NOT build this thing well for vertical displays!!! It has a kick stand that can stabilize horizontally, but there is not a way to rotate the kick stand to do the same thing in a vertical position, the tablet is way too heavy for the ball type mount. I have hand torqued that thing as much as humanly possible and doesn't even fix the issue. I put a bit of electrical tape on the ball thinking the extra friction surely will prohibit it from drooping, NOPE! But if I only needed it for horizontal use, I’d give it at least 4 stars🤷🏻‍♂️ Currently getting creative with it, might return due to this lack of foresight in the design for vertical use. *not an edit… just found out a way to do it, but still not pleased with it. Picture will be included. Unhook the kick stand, run the pole through the big end and gravity and leverage do their thing… but that kick stand is floating for all intents and purposes, it was not designed with this solution in mind, I assure you!!
