A fresh take on data strategy
This book is so helpful for those who struggle with bridging the gap between cold, hard numbers and the people they represent. I love the fresh perspective Tiankai offers on this challenge. His framework for approaching data with both head and heart resonated deeply with my own experiences. And it helps that his writing style is engaging and accessible. He manages to make complex concepts easy to grasp without oversimplifying, like he did with his data joke in the book (I won't be spoiling it here).Whether you're new to data or a seasoned pro, I believe you'll find valuable insights here. It's definitely made me reconsider how I approach data strategy.

„Humanizing Data Strategy: Leading Data with the Head and the Heart“.

A Must-Read for Anyone in Data Strategy
I came across this book on LinkedIn and was immediately intrigued, given my strong interest in Data Strategy. Though I didn't know the author, the subject matter is critically important to me. I have long emphasized the significance of the human factor in all areas related to data. I was eager to find arguments to support my beliefs and perhaps discover new strategies to apply in my work. This book did not disappoint. It is engagingly written, making it feel as though the author is speaking to you personally. There were moments that prompted deep reflection and a few "mea-culpa" realizations on my part. One powerful message that stood out to me was the idea of not viewing the human factor as the weak link in the equation dispate recogning its relevance. This was a perspective shift I hadn't fully considered, and it was eye-opening.Without giving away any spoilers, I can say that this book is a valuable read. It offers both validation and new insights for anyone invested in Data Strategy. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the intersection between data and human elements.

Valuable resource that touches the softer side of the work!
After seeing the buzz on LinkedIn about this book, I decided to buy it and glad I did. It does a great job of hitting the philosophical and psychological sides of the data work. Lots of focus is always on the tools & technologies but people are implementing/using them, so it's just as important, if not more, to focus on the human side. Tiankai does a great job of sharing his experience and perspective with humor, making it easy to follow.

A highly recommended book for Starters and already well setuped ones
I highly recommend this book because it Brings it to the point what is really relevant in a Long term way👍👍👍 Thanks Tiankai for this very well prepared book. By the way what I like too is that the chapters are small enough but highly valuable to give the possibility to think more about the already read chapter.
