These are good value for money, and they worked for me being peri menopausal, aids digestion and effective at controlling hit sweats, for me anyway, each person's symptoms vary in severity and frequency however for mild symptoms like mine, I found them helpful. I did not have any discomfort or side effects. They are a little big for me but I managed them fine, they are easy to swallow and they do not taste or smell of anything

I love these so much. I was suffering from reoccurring thrush, in my mouth and below. I thought It had to be my gut health since I’d had a surgery quite recently and had been taking antibiotics. Anyway since I’ve been taking these I haven’t had thrush since. I bought them just over a month ago and couldn’t be happier. I’m also taking clean D-MANNOSE, which can I also be found here on Amazon. I’ve got no bad smells and no problems down there. I really really cannot recommend enough

Seems a decent supplement. Looks great and seems to have good ingredients. I haven't experienced any side effects and it's easy to take. However, I'm not completely convinced as I can't access their website, or find out anything about them. There is no country of origin stated on these either. I do think there needs to be a bit more transparency and information.
