I usually weight between 88 and 90kg and so at first I was rather concerned about hanging upside down by my ankles, who wouldn't be?After several hangs above an excessive amount of gymnastic crash matts I began to hang freely from bars in my gym. I'm now into my second week of use (used these every day during the first week) and can now honestly say that the fear factor is completely gone.**Pictured above is one of the clients I personal train who weighs slightly more than me (91kg) and he too is able to hang freely.So far I am happy and have no complaints, so can only give this product 5 stars.

Great product. My only concern, especially for the heavier built end of the market is that although the padding is superb, your ankles tend to feel like they are going to drop off after a while. Overall though I am very pleased with my purchase.

It's a quality build but I find if you haven't the right width ankle then the chances are it might not be totally comfortable.Also one of them was slightly defected so I contacted them for a replacement. Customer service was great but they sent me a slightly different style boot in return. I couldn't be bothered faffing about a second time so now I have 2 different boots.

They’re absolutely great however I’d recommend tying something to the top of frame to help pull yourself up haha or you’ll be hanging around till you regain some stamina. Great perk of this is you’re basically forced to do the sit up and after that you’re on your way to loads. =D

Superb build quality given the price. Nice padding but I wear track suit bottoms and shoes when using. I only do ten minutes at at time but does make a noticeable difference. You will likely have sore ankles/shins but that's understandable.Why anyone would pay £100 for a set of these when this pair are available is beyond me.Word of warning, if you are a beginner read up on these first and try to use an inversion table before for a few weeks as full inversion can be very sore on the knee joint.Plus use a belt tied to the bar.I have decent upper body strength and can just about get myself to the bar.

I have herniated discs in my back and purchased an inversion table a few months back. The ankle support on the inversion table caused pain and I couldn't hang for more than 2 mins.Bought these to use with the inversion table and they are brilliant, literally 0 pain or discomfort and can now hang for a good 10 mins.Cons are very minor, I have small ankles and they could do with being a bit tighter, or give the option to tighten them a bit, but my ankles don't slip out so really its not a big issue.Also they are very heavy and sometimes its a struggle to get the inversion chair to tip upside down due to the weight on my ankles, but again, its not a huge inconvenience.Would highly recommend.

This is my 2nd pair as I'm giving it as a present to a friend. I use these to elongate the spine as we get older the spine tends to compress , I find them very effective if use regularly. Again prompt delivery, great value

Ideali per esercizi inversi, sono comodi e sicuri. La sensazione è di solidità e compattezza. Io li utilizzo per decomprimere la zona lombare, con ottimi risultati, a mio avviso.
