This stuff is great. I noticed the natural bust of energy when I took it and noticed the difference when I did not. Does not cause the potential constipation/irregularities that most iron supplements tend to cause, it is easy on the stomach and somewhat pleasant taste (Good in comparison to other iron supplements). I would recommend it.

Using for my daughter that suffer from anemia and it has elevated her iron levels up which is what I intended Smell really strong but if you mix it with juice is easy to drink, I use grape juice

So far my body has received this iron supplement the best. And I do not get gas and bloating from this. I took part of the package before my breakfast and the rest after. It was better on my stomach than all at once. I highly recommend this product it is the 5 iron supplement I have tried!

I’m borderline anemic and thought I’d try this to help my iron levels. It’s great for energy and I can definitely tell when I forget to take it. BUT, the taste is not good! Thankfully, it doesn’t leave an aftertaste!!!

This product is REVOLTING - absolutely disgusting. Tastes like straight metal. If you’ve ever had a bloody lip, that’s what it tastes like. Nearly vomited. Vile, purely incomprehensible how anyone would enjoy this.

This is a great product and it serves the purpose. Does not cause constipation.
