Beautiful Appearance & Lovely Chime! Great Quality!
I love this clock! It’s very pretty on my mantle and it has a beautiful chime that is loud enough to hear around the house but not so loud that it’s distracting or annoying. It’s a nice quality, perfect size for a mantle and so far has kept the exact time. It was easy to set up, but I did have to look up directions online to set the pendulum/chime, as the ones that came with it weren’t very thorough. It was a very good value & I would definitely recommend!

Well made mantel clock
Very nice looking clock - black wood with a little distressing. Keeps excellent time. Meets Howard Miller's high standards. This clock has a lovely sounding chime but only chimes on the hour.

Works great but is damaged
The clock works great and was packaged well so the crack on the top was obviously there before they packaged it. Since it's up on the mantle the crack isn't visible but still pretty crappy for them to pass this off as new.

Waste of money
Bought this September 24. As of today, December 16, 2025 it no longer works. Replaced batteries 2 times. Do not waste your money on this. It goes in the garbage today.

Very good quality for the money
The clock is beautiful! I had some trouble setting the chimes…they didn’t match the time. The instructions were a little vague. But I went on their website and was able to chat with someone who walked me through it. Would highly recommend clocks from this company !!

Looks great, but sounds awful.
The chimes sound very “electronic” and phony. They are loud and since there isn’t a way to turn down the volume, you need to remove two batteries to turn the chimes off. Also, the pendulum swings a little too fast. Otherwise, beautiful clock.
