Q&A a Day: 5-Year Journal

It's really high quality and looks very aesthetic. I bought it as a gift for my brother and he loved it. Must buy!!! I was a little concerned if the quality of questions would not be up to the mark but I have read about 40 at random and they're really good questions. My only issue is it's a little small in size but the pros make up for it.

I bought it last year in March for Rs.799 as a birthday present for my sister. The journal was quite expensive but it was worth the joy, happiness, excitement she felt while opening it. She's been writing it daily and is satisfied with the size, paper texture, build of the journal. The gold touch is fancy and questions are also good. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a thoughtful present. ( one less star for the price other that it everything is perfect)

With short prompts which range from silly to sincere, this mini journal is a great addition to your nightstand where you can pen down your thoughts in a line or two before bed. Low commitment, low effort with high reward & fun.

It's small, cute and elegant and travel friendly. But most importantly it's an easy option for people who like to write journals in diary but due to reasons can't write daily. Even for those kind of people there are one line a day journals are available but what one line to write!? Each and everyday one has to think first. But in this one questions are there for each and everyday, answer those for 365 days for 5 years and review yourself.

The book serves as an important tool to be mindful n concious for at least 2 mins each day. Also excellent for habit forming, makes me write something each day!

Lovely book looks very nice and sturdy. Love the concept. Worth the price.

The diary is good but the size is small. Not worth the price but its okay to own a time capsule as interesting as this one. Interesting questions for 365 days.

I really wanted to start writing a diary, not so much to document my life, but just for something to look back on in years to come. I'm no good at the traditional method of keeping a diary because 1) I never know what to write that isn't the same mundanestuff. 2) I usually always give up within the first week or so. This 5 year journal is perfect for people like me. It gives you numbered pages but with 5 blank year dates so you can start at any time of the year (just simply turn to that day) and even if you stop and then start again later down the line, it doesn't matter, it'd just mean you might not have the same years written all throughout the journal. For example I started it half way through 2011, stopped after a month or so and then started again 1st January 2013. I did read through some of the answers I'd written 2 years ago, and it was interesting to see how things have changed since then, and also to have a nice reminder of some joyful memories I had forgotten about. People might not think that they can change within the space of a few short years, but the answers you will write in this journal for each day for 5 years, is proof that you can! It's also a nice way of jotting down some special things you don't want to forget. Some example questions include: What is your mission? What is the last TV show you watced? Jot down a news story from today. How much spare change do you have? What was your favourite day this week? What's your hairstyle? Today you wore _____ Where do you think you road is going? Bad news: sugar coated or straight up? Who is the last person in your missed calls? Halloween plans? What's your costume? What time did you go to bed last night? Did you meet someone new recently? If so, who was it? Yes or no: everyone should have a back-up plan. This journal is a great way of getting to know you, and how you've changed over the years. It asks both insightful and random questions, so every aspect is covered. It also makes a nice memoir of yourself to read in later years or to give to your children etc. My only problem is that I cant wait to answer the question for the next day!

J'ai découvert ce journal avec un article de Buzzfeed et l'idée générale m'a vraiment plue. Le journal en lui-même est un bel objet, avec une couverture rigide et cartonnée, le papier est agréable et de bonne qualité (sans être glacé, donc pas de risque que l'encre bave). La tranche est d'un beau doré brillant, ce qui ajoute du charme au journal. Les questions sont diversifiées et permettent vraiment de voir sa propre évolution. Elles ont beau être en anglais, elles sont compréhensibles même avec un anglais basique, donc pas d'inquiétude. On a largement assez de place pour y répondre ! Je l'ai commandé chez Librairie du Monde (13,15€ avec frais de livraison) et il est arrivé pile dans les délais annoncés, dans une enveloppe rigide et sans aucune égratinure ! Bref, un coup de cœur. C'est sans aucun doute une bonne idée cadeau, que ce soit pour les autres ou pour soi-même !
