Good tips! Helped a lot, highly recommend. It saved me money already and I bought this 2 or 3 months ago. Some stuff you will learn while doing it, also don't hesitate to go see videos if the books doesn't elaborate enough for you. Just knowing some of these stuff existed helps a lot! Better quality of life and also makes us learn and understand more how our house work and how it was made and keeps working.
