Don't get the 4.5 screen
The product description isn't very clear, I didn't understand the differences between the models. The 4.5 inch is actually an 11.8 inch with a small inset screen. The overall size is terrific, much larger than a standard rear view mirror - but the little inset screen is really too small to watch the video, especially while driving.Get the full screen 11.8 instead (not the 4.5 screen inside the 11.8).The 9.66 full screen is fine too, but that's only a tad larger than my existing rearview mirror. The larger 11.8 size eliminates your blind spots. Also, the 4.5" model has other limitations that are not made clear. It does not have swipe or touch, you have to fiddle with the buttons on the bottom. It doesn't have night vision. And for some reason, the rubber clips that were included weren't big enough to fit over my existing rearview mirror. I'll have to get creative on how to attach it.

It works, good camera for the price
This is a decent dashcam, considering the price. The product description kind of sucks, so I went into this purchase blind. I posted photos of the instruction manual, as I felt that would have been helpful for me to decide if I wanted it or not.The camera comes in the form of a rear view mirror, it attaches to the existing one in your car using these thick rubber bands. There is also a rear camera included, but I have no idea how to use it, as the instruction manual only covers the menu option for the camera. There is no help about how to install it at all.You can see the camera view inside the rear view mirror itself, which is pretty cool, however you can't really see anything in the sunlight, but when its dark, the image becomes clear. It comes with a 32GB micro SD card, which is a nice touch. The camera gets power using the power adapter on your car, it would have been nice if there was a USB passthrough of some sort, because I use that port for my phone charger. I will need to get a splitter or I can't charge my phone and use the dashcam at the same timeIt is not the best quality camera, it does a decent job at capturing videos. In order to view the videos you need to remove the micro SD card and take it to a computer to access the files. You can enable a date/time stamp but the format it uses is year, month, day which you can not change, that's a bit annoying. Same goes for the clock, it uses a 24 hour clock, so 1pm becomes 13:00 and again you can't change that. There is absolutely no instructions regarding how to install it. You just have to figure it out on your own, but to be fair its really inexpensive. Having this is better that nothing, but you need to figure out a lot of things out for yourself
