Fantastic Rainsuit - Feels Very Comfortable when you are wearing it.
I needed a new rainsuit for fishing as my old one that I used to use for hunting was just too hot when fishing, so since I am a big fan of KastKing Reels I looked up their site to see what they had & was happy to see they marketed a Rainsuit. Once I saw they did, I googled it up on Amazon to read some reviews about it. I almost was scared away because of some size complaints. I have a feeling that no one paid any attention to the sizing chart. I normally would have just ordered a Medium but thanks to the reviews, I read the size chart, & saw that a Medium was likely too big for me, so I took my chances & ordered a Small. Not sure I have ever ordered a small anything in my life but this time I did, guess what, this rainsuit fits me "Perfectly". Not only that, it is very lightweight, not bulky like my old rainsuit, & it is extremely comfortable to wear. It is very breathable also & isn't hot, plus all the zippers are waterproof. I did purchase this rainsuit to put over my Jeans & shirt, when needed. Nice thing about it, it has a nice pocket in the front for my phone in a rain.I live in the south, do a lot of Bass Fishing & pop-up thunderstorms are quite common. I always have a rainsuit in my day bag, just in case. This one comes in a small nice waterproof bag, everything is light weight, slips on easily, good to fish. Cuffs won't impede your casts because you have nice Velcro sleeves as well as cuffs if you need to cinch them over shoes or boots. As several people noted, the pants have pass-through pockets if you need to get into your trouser pockets. Both of those have waterproof zippers also.Don't let a little rain shower run you off from fishing. Seems to me they bite best when it is raining. You can't go wrong with this rainsuit.@ Bob in Birmingham, AL

Good rain proof set
The material this is made of is thicker than a variety of other rain jackets/pants I've had. The seams are taped as well to aid in the water proofing. It feels pretty durable has waterproof zippers as well with passthrough ones on the pants to help access items in your pockets. Been used in the rain and didn't have any leaks or issues with it. As with any rain suit you'd still want to be careful as not to snag and rip it but It'd be great for fishing and or hiking. The only thing is it does run a bit long. But with the velcro on bottom of the pants you can tighten it up some and then it doesn't seem to be an issue. It is more loose as well allowing you to layer up if needed but not so big that it feels too large. The bag itself is made of the same material along with some loops on it allowing you to attach it to your backpack or other gear you may have.

Looks great…
The sizing on rain suits like these can be annoying to say the least but if you look at the chart and make an educated guess then you should be ok. I usually always get large shirts/jackets. I don’t like baggy or loose clothing. That being said I got the large and it is a little big. I’m 5-11” and about 180lbs but have broad shoulders and long legs. It’s big enough to be able to bend, sit and stretch and not reveal any arm or leg if that helps. I’m happy it’s a little wide because it would be worn over clothing anyway, right? It seems very well made also. My only gripe is it has a smell to it. I read some people put it on a gentle cycle and air dried it which is what I’ll probably do. It says to not do that but I’m not going to sit there for 2 hours and hand wash it like it’s the Great Depression.

Not just a wet suit
Some thought went into this one. The material seems extremely durable and comparable to other brands for much more. It’s more than a hot wetsuit, this thing has breathable areas and materials that make it a little more comfortable to wear longer than 30min. The bag helps stow it away in preparation for the next use.

Weird design choices
Based strictly on looking in the mirror, it looks good. I like the look of this rain suit. The hood fits well. The jacket length and chest size are right. The jacket pockets open to the front. No advantage I can see.Wrists have gathered elastic cuffs. And super huge wrist over-cuffs with velcro that can't be closed small enough. If you use this as a motorcycle rain suit, it acts as a parachute.Leg cuffs do not have any elastic. Just the super huge opening with velcro that cannot get anywhere near ankle sized. Not even boot cut, more like bell bottom. Legs are way longer than I need. Elastic ankle cuffs would help me wear the pants anyway without tripping. The silly velco opening just gets in the way and prevents simple hemming to fit.The 3X-Large is not designed for large people. Every pocket opening on both pieces is too small to fit my hand inside. The outer breast pocket is a unique feature I wanted to try but cannot. Thighs are cut too small and restrict circulation while sitting. Overall, the outer dimensions do fit. It will fit a 3X sized person inside, but they won't like it.The fabric feels nice. The stitching and seam taping seems to be well done. IMO this was made by good people to a bad pattern.

Good quality product
Just received my Kastkings rain suit. Although I haven’t had the opportunity to wear it in the rain the quality of the product seems to be really good. Jacket and pants seem to be made with a good quality material and I have no doubt it will keep me dry when the time comes.

Quality rain gear
As usual with Kastking products I am not disappointed. Half the cost of the competition but twice the quality. Fits as expected and keeps me dry. I have six paors of their glasses, nine rods and reels, and theur tackle bag, all of their stuff is top notch!

Reliable Rain Protection for Outdoor
The fabric is truly waterproof, keeping me dry even in the heaviest downpours. The suit is also breathable, preventing that clammy, uncomfortable feeling that can sometimes come with waterproof clothing. The fit is tailored yet allows for easy movement, making it a great choice for activities like hiking, camping, or even just running errands on a rainy day.One minor drawback is that the material can feel a bit stiff at first, but it quickly becomes more pliable with wear. The only other potential issue is the lack of additional features like pit zips or adjustable cuffs, which some users may miss.
