Welding Hat a no brainer for welders!
This is your typical welding hat, that saves your head from dingle balls, that fly all over when you are welding.Why would you not want this?It also saves the back of your beck and rollers going down your back, inside your shirt.It really is a no brainer thing!Quality is good and wears two ways.Good comfort and price!

Perfect fit and comfortable.
Thick and durable, fit is spot on and comes down over the ears nicely. However it is so thick that I cant see wearing this very long in the summer months but is fine for the other three seasons.

Very well constructed
Very comfortable and very well constructed two layer hat. I have ordered several now.. 7 7/8 because I know they will shrink when washedSizing was not uniform across the hats..two were close..one was much smaller. I will purchase this hat again. The pscore deduction was simply because of the sizing issue.

This is not a reversible cap!
This cap is not reversible. The photo shows clearly a headband sewn inside. It is made of a material that is not cotton and definitely not resistant to heat. It is some form of plastic to melt and drip onto skin. It's liner/interior panels are much lighter weight product than the outside is. I can't see this cap being turned inside out and worn that way. The stitching has a few flaws. Sparks of course would eliminate them rather quick. Sparks however will not remove the bunching/stacking of the outside banding seam, the inside headband seam over the interior panel and exterior panel seam. That knot of material is close to ½ inch thick. It is also much larger my regular 7⅞ inch skull caps.I do like the color of the exterior and the ruggedness of its texture. The interior print, lighter fabric and it's cushioned head band really do prevent this from being a reversible cap. Maybe they meant that I should turn the bill toward the front of my head. Hmmm , Naah

Pros:- Build quality- Thickness of material / ProtectionCons:- Correct sizing, but weird fit. Cap is very deep and will go down past your ears and eyebrows. Maybe some people like this. I hated it.- Although thickness of material is good, wearing this in the summer is not going to happen. There is little to no ventilation for your head.
