It works, no issues. Should be included with the watch! Why buy a watch to record data and then have no way to transfer/download that data?

A little rough

I love the Poolmate Live Watch and this download clip is a real asset to have to keep track of your progress.I did have a technical issue when something got corrupted after connecting around my 12th Upload. The Swimovate technical support is top notch and resolved it remotely even though our time-zones were 7 hours apart. It was a pleasure watching someone who knew what they were doing follow a logical path to get it resolved with minimal inconvenience.If you have the watch then buy this feature....

It works great! Not a problem! It syncs to the watch perfectly and the reports are very helpful if you are concerned about improving your workout! I would highly recommend this product if you want to be a better athlete. Thank you Poolmate for helping me enjoy swimming again:)

I love this watch! Works great and does everything it says it will. The only reason it's missing that last star is because of the size. I really would have loved to see one specifically for women (or people with little wrists). I wear it in and out of the water and sometimes I feel silly with such a big watch on.

Okay first one failed to work after a few months. Very good to use and good on downloading statistics and data

Download clip stopped working after a couple of weeks. Returned item but still not heard back or had refund or replacement. Very annoying and disappointing as otherwise great product and stat recording.

Got the clip out of the box, pressed the clip gently and within 1.5 seconds it had broken into several pieces in my hand.Not impressed.

Excellent swim watch. Vibration feature for counting lengths works well and is very useful. I have found the watch reliable and accurate in recording swims.
