Will this work with the best top sun rider top?

I think so. It is extremely noisy, but if you are using with a Sun Rider, you are not concerned with noise. We just bought ours to give us something to hook on to to lift it off with a ceiling hoist.

Fits 2 door hard top?

This fit for ford bronco 4-Door hardtop models and we didn't test it on a bronco 2-door model. The key step of installation is to snap the brackets into the groove on the top. You can compare it with the manual that we uploaded on the product page and make a judgment.

Can flush mout lights be placed in the 4 cutouts on each side. What are the dimensions or the rectangular cut outs?

The size of the cutouts are roughly 3/4 of an inch high x 3 and 1/2 inches long. I'm sure you could flush mount some type of light, but you will have to figure out how to run power to the lights.
