My 15 year old dog is on prednisone to treat inflammation in her spine as well as vestibular disease. Unfortunately, that causes her to have diarrhea. Her pancreas isn't working well either so even the slightest amount of fat in her diet also causes diarrhea. This Propectalin paste stops the diarrhea but does not cause constipation and I love that it contains probiotics. My girl is excessively and notoriously picky when it comes to food and even to treats, so I thought there would be a struggle getting this paste in her. To my amazement, she absolutely loves the taste.

Our vet recommended this product to help with our dog’s diarrhea. We have a mini schnauzer with a very sensitive stomach and is prone to GI issues so we keep this on hand. It usually helps resolve the issue after 2-3 days.

Our dog has stomach problems periodically and nothing works better than this stuff. Two doses and diarrhea resolves. I cannot recommend this stuff enough. We ALWAYS have it in the house and we NEVER travel without it. It has saved us SO many vet visits. I tell all of my friends who have dogs about this stuff. For reference we have a doodle who’s on a hydrolyzed protein diet, and sometimes the simplest thing will set off his stomach. I truly can’t recommend this product enough. If I could give it 10 stars I would!! I have tried so many other things to help with diarrhea, and this is seriously the only stuff that works.

Our boy has terrible tummy issues. We’ve found a good balance with his food and supplements, but there are times when that’s still not enough. We keep this on hand for those moments. Since he’s a big boy, this 30cc pack of two gives us plenty of doses to help him get through a rough patch.

My picky, sick dog likes this paste. I wish it was a little less expensive and the price has gone up within a week of my purchase.
