They definitely work. However I won't be rebuying them. I am more sensitive to vitamins than others I found. I get a lot of digestive distress if I have too much vitamin c or certain supplements mixed. Unfortunately, this is one of those things. I took these and started getting sick at my stomach. I did feel better and it definitely helped me through a math class, but if you have a very sensitive stomach this may not be for you. Also, definitely take it with food. One time I didn't and it made me throw up instantly. Again, could be me since I have a more sensitive stomach, but if you do too definitely take it with food. It helped me with focus in class. It seems good quality just might be a bit too strong for me. I did not take this anytime near bed because I was afraid it may affect my sleep quality so I would suggest only taking this in the morning.

I got this because I like to take Huperzine A for it's possible benefit of inhibiting somatostatin. I like that concept in hopes of a stronger pituitary gland release with my peptides. It (Huperzine A) is said to be a nootropic and any possible benefits in that department I might get is certainly welcome. I administer my peptides before my workouts and exercise and with this product added to my supplement stack, I am really liking it for the three sources of possible energy being offered. That being the Methylliberine, Camellia sinensis, and Theacrine. With the exception of the theacrine they are being touted to possibly have the caffeine like benefits found in coffee without the jitters. For me I did not notice anything similar to the bad sides that I get when I drink coffee and which I am sensitive to. So it may be possible that theacrine works the same as well. I like with these three sources that I have triple support possibly working in their own ways with the main result hopefully being energy and performance. I am really liking my workout sessions with this product and think this may help me reach my health goals. I also really like that most of these ingredients are from patent forms which means that third party testing is not an issue. Innovatea which is the evergreen shrub Camelia Senesis. It supports cognitive function, Methylliberine is found in coffee beans, cocoa and yerba mate'. I know the caffeine in this supplement is very mild comparatively but it would be helpful to those of us sensitive to caffeine so we can avoid taking too much especially if you are having that yummy 2nd cup of cappuccino that day! I take 1 capsule in the mid-afternoon when my energy is flagging and I am struggling to finish work. After about 30 minutes, I feel like I can do anything! It really helps me finish off my day strong and leave feeling like I accomplished a lot, which is wonderful. I love that these contain natural caffeine and give me a nice energy boost, but don't make my heart race. They also don't give me a blood sugar crash afterwards. These capsules are a regular size, but are pretty easy to swallow with plenty of water. They are odorless and tasteless. I have not noticed any side effects from taking these capsules. I take 1 a day and it works perfectly to sharpen my focus and keep me going. The serving recommendation is 1 capsule a day, as needed. If you take 1 capsule a day, this is a 30-day supply. This supplement is on the pricey side, but it is cheaper than a fancy cup of coffee and better for you, too!
