Ahh, so much to say.I began researching about red light therapy, benefits for sleep, inflammation reduction, and overall wellness. In the evenings, we typically wind down with low warm lights but I wanted to take it a step further. That’s when I came upon these. The price point isn’t bad and so far the bulb has worked very well for me. I turn this on during my night time routine and I truly feel my body getting relaxed. I’ve been falling asleep better and sleeping deeper with less interruption. The red hue I find very soothing and relaxing. I haven’t had it a month yet, so I can’t fully speak to lifespan. Overall, good addition. I love it and recommend.

I was using a generic smart bulb set to red for a while, but this properly tuned red light really increased my deep sleep. This works!

It's 7:29 PM and there's about to be an angry 6 year old in my house. Why? Because she knows that within 20 minutes of this light going on, her attempts at rocking all night and sleeping all day will be over. I can't stress this enough: this light actually works. My daughter has suffered her entire life from difficulty with circadian rhythm (she will literally stay up until 4 or 5 the next morning if I allow her to) and since I'm the kind that wants to be awake at 5 in the morning, I can't handle it. I got two wall-mounted lamps and I put this lightbulb in one and a full spectrum happy light in the other and put them both on timers. This light comes on at 7:30 at night and runs about 2 hours after she goes to sleep and the full spectrum light works from 6 in the morning (for her to wake up between 6 and 8) until about 11 AM. Together, her sleep schedule has finally been made perfect and I finally get the sleep I need too. And I don't have to medicate her, which is the best part of all.

Exactly what I was looking for!I used it at night in my table side lamp when I’m laying in bed reading or watching some low light television.I fall asleep with it on and wake up feeling well rested.It’s nice to have it on also for my two dogs to wander around the night and not running into the furniture.

Love this lite. I use only this bulb in the bedroom for light at night to help me get to sleep because red light doesn’t disturb your circadian rhythm. It is plenty bright to read by. My only complaint is that it is a bit too bright and is not dimmable.

BEWARE Bulb only lasted a few hours. We use it for reading in the evenings. Have only had the bulb for a few weeks and it’s already out. Too expensive to be doing that. Did not expect this at all so the packaging is gone and I cannot send back.
