I'd had high hopes as it seems well made, and it is produced in Israel, but I didn't realize that one of the ingredients, curcumin, is a component of turmeric which I can't have. Only found out after got some reactions following each pill taken, very mild at first, then undeniably knew it was causing me to have a typical reaction I get to substances like turmeric that I normally can avoid by avoiding the triggers, but wasn't aware of the turmeric component from the way it listed curcumin, which is nano curcumin extract.So that is when I started investigating all of the blend section looking for any ingredient that missed my eye before I started to take it, searching on the internet the ones that were not familiar to me, and found the culprit to be the extract since I long discovered I have to avoid anything with turmeric in it. So now I have added that name to my list of Ingredients to Avoid. It's not like there is anything wrong with that extract, it is just that just like peanuts that are normally good, some people can't have anything with peanuts in it as it will cause an adverse effect with them. While I don't get allergic reactions, I do get negative side effects that can be entirely avoided by just not having such triggers.So if you can't take turmeric as I can't without it triggering a reaction, this has a turmeric component. So having turmeric can be a good thing for those tolerant of it, but not for those unable to have it obviously. That's why it is essential to always be able to see what any supplements ingredients are, which brings me to my genuine complaint on this hair supplement which is it doesn't have the ingredients printed on the bottle itself.Instead it comes with the full ingredients on the tubular short cardboard container its bottle comes in. So that meant if I wanted to reference what were its ingredients - which I always want to do with vitamins, especially if I get a reaction down the road, or if I want to mix it with another, to keep track of just how much of a substance i am getting - it meant I couldn't discard the printed tubular container, but hold on to it.So that meant for me, to not lose it, to keep the vitamin bottle in it, but then I added a hassle of having to fight with the tight tubular top to pop it off each time to take a vitamin. That is the only aggravating thing I found that, for some reason, this only comes with the ingredients printed on the external tube it comes in and no place on the bottle. All the same I can't vouch for any of its ability to help in any way due to my learning it has a derivative of turmeric in it which I can't take.

This hair supplement has the perfect blend of vitamins/minerals to promote hair health and quality. The dose is 2 capsules per day which are easily swallowed. I haven't noticed any negative effects from using this. I have noticed an improvement in the overall appearance of my hair.

Thinning hair is a very scary thing, especially when you have had thick hair all your life. I felt completely out of control with this situation and I have also at times felt like a guinea pig- trying this crazy thing and then that. Nothing has given me results like these vitamins have. I'm a month in and I'm already noticing some impressive results. It's starting small, but it IS starting!First, I'm noticing much less hair in my brushes and in the tub drain. I was cleaning out huge webs of hair a few months back. It didn't matter how gentle I was, the hair was just falling out. This amount has greatly decreased since I started this regimen, starting at week 2.I'm also feeling some of the thickness return. I can feel it in my hands when I grab my ponytail. I can also tell because my ponytail holder isn't wrapping around as many times as it was.There are some other pleasant surprises I've noticed -My skin looks phenomenal! It is healthy, glowing almost. I think the last time my skin looked this good was while I was pregnant! (That was thanks to hormones, which I'm thrilled these vitamins don't have!)My nails, which have always been thin, brittle and super short because they broke like crazy have started to grow.I just feel better! I have more energy throughout the entire day. I'm not crashing at 3pm anymore. My workouts are better too. Now, this part could be in my head but I don't think so. This renewed energy came about 5 days after starting the vitamins. I don't think that's a coincidence.I have a pretty sensitive stomach. I usually stick to whole food vitamins because they don't make me nauseous. I was careful with these and instead of taking 2 immediately, I started with just 1, then 1 later when I knew my body could tolerate them. There was one time last week I took them without food (I got very busy) and the next few hours weren't pleasant. These are pretty strong, so make sure you can tolerate them first and please- don't forget food!They are standard capsules that have a very interesting scent. I know some of the extracts and Chinese herbal ingredients are known for smelling...not so pleasant, so I wasn't concerned about the smell. They taste like they smell though, and the taste lingers in my mouth/esophagus for a little bit (I drink a LOT of water after taking them, which is also good). Then, these do give the burps. Not always, but sometimes. The burps taste just like the smell and it can be annoying, but it's all worth it because I'm seeing progress and improvements.These are VERY promising so far. I wish they weren't so expensive, but if that's what it takes that's what I'm going to pay I guess. I also don't mind because they are working. Had I not felt that, I wouldn't get them again. I think they are expensive because they don't contain fillers or garbage- those make vitamins cheep (and ineffective). They are also tested in a US lab, which isn't a cheep process. Finally, THEY WORK! So they get us there.I also want to add that this set comes beautifully packaged. It adds to the overall upscale feel of the brand and products.If you are serious about reversing hair thinning/loss, I would definitely recommend giving this a try!

This hair product works for me.Did take some time to notice but that is normal.No issues at all with bothering my stomach when taking.Thankfully these are not a huge horsepill that is difficult to swallow.Does say take two a day but often i would forget to take them daily.Still seemed to give my hair a bit of thickness even though i was a bit forgetfull at times.

I'm an older woman and have mostly gray white hair; which reaches to the middle of my back. I don't really have thinning on my scalp, but thought I would try this product for hair growth and improvement. I've been taking it for 15 days and have noticed a definite decrease in the amount of hair in my hairbrush and the base of my shower. To me this is already a win-win product. I have Incorporated it in my daily routine of morning and evening medications. I have not experienced any gastrointestinal issues when taking this. I think that texture and appearance of my hair has definitely improved. I like the vitamins that are included in this product.
