Great home gym add on
Solid handle. I attach this to the end of my Olympic barbell and do one arm landline rows for back. Handle has a screw to lock into place and is very sturdy. This is great tool to add variety to your at home gym.

too big for small hands
i like it i do shoulder press with it and chest, it is too big for my hand so i can not do rows

This thing is a beast!
