Appears to have made a difference during the hot summer months. The artificial flavoring is very artificial, but if you were raised on Kool-Aid, as I was, it is acceptable.

This is a multi purpose product that I have used for all things physical to replace minerals lost during physical exertion. From endurance events to working on the ranch. I use 1/2 a pellet for 16 oz of water and that works for me. Have been using these for 10+ years during endurance events (ironman and tri's) but I found they were great for anything physical. I was helping a friend demo the interior of his house and started to feel tired and worn our a few hours in. I dropped a 1/2 a pellet in a bottle of water and drank the entire 16oz. 10 minutes later I felt re-energized and was good for another 3 hours.

Expensive

I like these GU tablets, they are easy to use and you know that you’re getting the proper amount of electrolytes. I put them in my water bottle to use when I play tennis. They taste reasonably good and don’t seem to have a lot of acidity associated with them. Some products similar to this are too acidic for me and can cause stomach upset when playing. I would recommend this product.

Easy to use and effective for summer workout.

These tablets are great for cramp prevention for my 10+ mile runs. They also give me a bit of an energy boost for runs and gym workouts - I belive they improve my performance. Very happy with the purchase. I bought the lemon lime because they were cheaper, but ended up really liking the taste. Goes down really well. Tasty and effective.

Taste like lemon lime saltwater

tastes great when mixed with water and fun to mix in diet soda (the clear ones like ginger ale and sprite work best). I even experimented adding a half a tablet to non-alcholic beer and that was even tasty.
