The product is great, i'm really happy they delivered so quickly as i had time to freeze the packet before travelling.

For 33 AED it is worth the money could be 5 stars if the bag's quality is better.. it also have 2x cooling pack to ensure cooling for longer periods

المنتج غير مناسب للسفر لفترات طويلة. أثناء السفر لاحظت أن الإبرة لم تكن باردة كما يجب، رغم حفظها في الحقيبة المخصصة. لذلك لا أنصح به للاستخدام أثناء الرحلات الطويلة. This product is not suitable for long trips. During travel, the injection did not stay cold as required, even when stored properly.

Product looked OK, but the first time I used the ice pack it burst open in the flight and leaked everywhere!

I keep in the fridge/truck fridge. But even when taken out of them. It keeps very cool.
