It is not that heavy. The one that is kind of heavy is the one that had all the woods and screws in them my wife said and the box with the bases in them

When facing the couch what side is the chaise on? Is it reversible?

Left side, not reversible… very comfortable

Does this turn into an actual bed like in the advertised picture that shows the mattress? Is that included as well?

It is not the mattress it is the pillows from sofa. They are comfortable but sliding out. We use the foam on the top to keep them together.
