Oh my Goodness, this is the most awesome ice pack for my foot and ankle. I have been off of this foot for 2 and a half months due to reconstructive surgery. I wish I would have had this as soon as splint came off. I slipped this on my foot and it is wonderful. My whole swelled foot is totally happy right now. I will tell everyone with foot problems to buy this.

As a daily runner, having the ability to speed up my recovery by using ice packs is essential. I usually have the gel ice packs that tend to freeze up so using this sleeve was slightly different to what I was used to. I actually enjoy this style of ice pack significantly more than the ice packs that need to be held or wrapped around. Because this is a sleeve style, I can easily slip it on and it not only stays in place, it touches every spot of my foot/ankle and does not have any air gaps. It makes great contact and keeps the entirely of my foot cold. Because of its material, it can easily slide up to my calves as well and cool that area too other than just my ankle/foot.

My left ankle has a tendency to swell because I broke my leg a couple of years ago. This works great on my ankle. I throw it in the freezer for about half an hour and it is ready to go to work for me.It is so easy to use. You just slip it on. I didn't have to struggle with any clasps, velcro -- nothing. And the coolness lasted a lot longer than I thought it would. It is just as easy to use on your knee or elbow.I haven't tried it yet, but I bet you could even use it by just laying it flat on your head for headaches.This is a very versatile product and I love it.I would purchase this again. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends.It is great to have on hand.

I bought these to replace some ice packs I used to wear after exercising. These Comfitech area decent fit and allow you to move around if you need to. They are easy to put on and take off. a couple of caveats that I noticed:They do not stay cold as long as ice packs.They are loose. I made sure to get the right size. When I wear them they feel a bit loose. I would have like a bit more compression around my ankle. I should try a smaller size.

I have stitches and bandages on my foot and this neoprene sleeve is so soothing and easy to put on. I’ve found it’s best to just store it in the freezer so it’s always ready to go. It stays very cold at least 25 mins even on hot days which is about the max time you want to ice anyway. I wear a woman’s size 8 shoe and it covers from the tips of my toes to about 4 inches above my ankle. I love the smooth slightly stretchy neoprene material which enables it it fit a range of sizes. Also since it’s neoprene you don’t need to avoid direct contact like you do with an ice pack. A Ziploc bag is provided for putting the sleeve in when it’s in the freezer so that it doesn’t get ice crystals on it, although I have opted to use heavy duty freezer Ziploc instead. I totally recommend this product!

This is an ankle ice wrap that doesn’t require any Velcro or tape or having to make adjustments. It’s got a large opening for you to put your foot into. I am a woman’s size 7.5 and my foot slides easily in. I wear a sock though to keep the cold off my skin. I do put mine in the freezer but if i don’t want it as cold, it goes in the fridge but then the cold doesn’t last as long. I do find that this lasts as long as your supposed to keep cold compresses on which is about 20 min or so. Your really not supposed to leave cold on injuries longer than that to avoid nerve damage. It has a nice fit and is comfortable. Does bring some relief.

This heat/ice ankle pack wrap is a great device. Instead of having to wrap my ankle and then put ice or put a heating pad, I can simply put this in the freezer or heat it in the microwave. The wrap slipped on easily, was comfortable and did not compress, but the cool or heat were easily felt. I got a size large and I wear a size 12 narrow shoe. It might be a slight bit big for me, but that's okay. I would rather it be a little loose than super tight. The gel filled packs are great since they are both hot and cold. Perfect for injuries.
