Absolutely love this curler, gets the job done in less than 10mins! It is also quite light weight so does not hurt the arm and should be good for travelling. Looks cute as well. Some tips to perfect the curls: 1. Section your hair into 6-8 parts 2. Alternate between left and right direction curls to make it look more bouncier 3. Place the hair in the top part and once it lays flat press the rotation button and hold on to it till u hear beep sounds 4. For more tight curls twist the hair before you put it in, for loose curls take bigger sections and diffuse with fingers when done 5. I wanted curls only at the bottom so I placed only 1/3rd of the length in the curler. If you want full curls you can take it all the way up. I hope these tips help you to get those process curls 🥰 Let’s hope it works for a long time! I was first skeptical about urbanyog since they do a lot of marketing through influencers but products have never stood up well. However, after completing the payment, I noticed that two orders were reflecting in my order list — one for the Urban Yog Automatic Hair Curler and another for a dry shampoo which I never ordered. This was very confusing and concerning. When I received the hair curler, the packaging was already open and did not look properly sealed. The product itself appeared used and not brand new. This is completely unacceptable when a customer is paying the full amount for a new product. On top of that, the curler is not suitable for long hair as claimed. It does not perform properly and is not worth the price. After placing a return request, I noticed that the refund amount being shown is less than what I originally paid. This is extremely disappointing. Customers pay the full price expecting proper packaging, good quality, and accurate billing. Instead, I received a used product and faced refund discrepancies. I have contacted customer care multiple times, but the issue is still not resolved. I am honestly very tired of following up again and again. Very disappointed with this experience.
