Was hesitant to buy since it didn't offer free returns if I didn't like it. Sooo glad I did! This thing is so comfortable and fits snugly on my head but not overly tight. Made the Hela costume perfect!

I was afraid when I opened the box and saw it was folded in half. To my surprise it was totally fine. Fits great, heavier than I expected.

The helmet would be great if they hadn’t flattened and completely change the shape and spikes. It doesn’t look good because they crushed the spikes by packing it up so much that it’s deflated. Plus they won’t allow me to return it!

I want to return and it's not eligible for return, mine arrived in a cardboard shipping box, no packaging, and it was folded. This is a soft plastic material, doesn't fit well, doesn't sit on your face well either. Super disappointed. I guess they don't accept returns bc they know that ppl will want to return once bought.

It had a little rip on it but I was able to fix it besides that it was in great condition and looks a amazing

I got this and don't need it. Wanted to return it and can't. Don't buy from them. Don't fit and won't stay on my head

I love it but hate it. Love the head piece but hate the fact that it came misshaped... The two main pieces in the front are completely twisted and bent wrong. Now I get to spend the next few hours fixing it with a heat gun ( If I even can).Could’ve been a 5 star review if you would’ve packaged the product better, That way the horns don’t get completely distorted and the scalp piece doesn’t get all discombobulated. Don’t think it is quite worth the money AND the work.
