I have an open concept +1000sqf space I'm trying to compliment while trying to lower my nat. gas bill. On it's own, it won't heat the space unless you're okay with warming the person nearest and in front of the heater. However, with my nat. gas thermostat lowered to 18C, this heater does a great job doing the rest to make the large room very comfortable. This time last year, at our local rates, it was costing me close to $600 per month to heat this house. My last two bills averaged $350 and it's been between -44C and -10C for most of that time. There have been rebates for energy that I have yet to factor in but there is a noticeable difference in room temperature when this heater is running. When I leave the house, I turn the heater off but I still allow the nat. gas furnace to run at 18C so when I get home, I do notice the difference in room temperature when the heater has been off for a while. I highly recommend.

They are good heaters as far as efficiency goes and craftsmanship and low volume cool humidifier. That is only half the heater. They are supposed to sample the room temperature continually when heating with fan going- common sense right? Because it's sucking the air into the back of the heater right? And then at the precise time when room reaches set temperature it ought to shut off. But there is a design flaw; they are sampling the room temperature (always) every 5 minutes in eco/auto mode or 30 minutes in night mode even well after set temperature is reached. This sampling the 5&30 minutes ought only be done when heater and therefore fan has stopped after set temperature is reached and then the 5&30 min. sampling. I have tested the above comment it is not theory it is fact Advertisement says Precision Temperature Control but the all three of them are not shutting off until sometimes well over set temperature. I check on the unit what it says for room temperature and it is sometimes shuts off at set temperature but many many times 4-5 degrees above or 1-2 above. The wrong sampling destroys the Heater's efficiency by overheating the room. I am on this company's side and just trying to get the truth and have a properly working heater. The one video shows this above. Also did a test to find out for myself and to support the truth about this product Dr. Infrared heater as far as efficiency. The photo above shows test results that this heater is better at producing heat then a baseboard heater. It shows more efficient. The baseboard is 750Watts so in 32 minutes the temperature rose 3.6 degrees the Dr infrared heater rose at 1500 Watts 8 degrees in 32 minutes so baseboard would be 7.2 degrees if 1500 Watts. Conclusion is you can see Dr infrared heater produces 10% more heat than baseboard heaters. Am confident in this product 100% as far as efficiency goes but night setting auto mode doesn't shut off when ought - sometimes many degrees above set temperature. You can figure out what is written yourself for fun. Have two in other living room apparently will pay off and heats room more than twice as fast then baseboard supplementing natural gas furnace which is controlled upstairs and we can't balance it perfectly so these heaters are perfect. All the heat produced by everyone and every electronics up there keeps the thermostat showing high so furnace doesn't come on enough for downstairs. Only issue is remotes interfere with other units in same area and do radical setting changes to the other one. I like the one in the bedroom its like watching a fireplace. Anyway have a good night or day which ever for you. The end.

Awesome little heater! It’s heated our 900 sqft basement with no issues and with it set at 78, it maintains perfectly and is even able to go into standby. ( it’s 40-50 F outside lately) Also it feels of high quality. It doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall apart or rattle apart. When you push this around on its wheels, it feels solid. Also the use of metal for the filter housing shows they know this is meant to last. My only issue is that the remote I was sent was faulty. I tried it with the batteries they sent as well as batteries of my own and couldn’t get it to work. I’m going to reach out to support and I’ll update on how that goes. Also, the automatic tip over protection is awesome. As soon as it falls over it cuts the power immediately. With that being said, I had to intentionally knock this thing over with both hands. It’s not going anywhere on its own.

Reasonably quiet, easy to move on wheeled base, keeps a medium sized room comfortable if outdoor temps are above 50F. Sides & top are cool even after 8+ hours of operation, I feel comfortably leaving it on unattended. Havent used humidifier feature yet. Blower does kick on periodically even when room temp is well above the set temperature. Would be nice if it remembered your desired settings after being turned off/unplugged/power interruption which have to be reset every time.

My HVAC had stopped working. There was approximately 7 inches of snow outside. This heater worked perfectly and is well made. Very impressed.
