These are just honestly delicious I love them. They are sort of pricey but when you think about the cost of each one it beats going to the gas station and buying a Gatorade. The quality is top tier. I love how salty they are.

It taste like a mild soda, not very salty at all..

I bought these because I have POTS and need the extra electrolytes, and they definitely deliver on that front. That said... wow, they are salty. 😂 I knew LMNT was known for having a lot of sodium, but the sparkling version somehow makes it even more noticeable. The pineapple flavor helps, but if you're expecting something that tastes like a typical sports drink, you're in for a surprise. For the health benefits, especially for people who need higher sodium intake, it's worth it. For pure taste, it's a little harder to love. I finished the cans because they helped me feel better, not because I was craving another one. If you have POTS or have been told to increase your sodium, these are worth trying. My sister put me on to these. I am a really salty sweater and I end up cramping quite a bit if I don’t supplement electrolytes after a run. This really does the trick. It tastes good and not salty to me but I wonder if it’s because I drink it when my sodium is already low. If you need to supplement your electrolytes after a heavy sweat I highly suggest this.

This product is falsely advertised as a drink that has no sweetness and with no artificial sweeteners. However, when we ordered it, right on the can, one of the ingredients is listed as "Stevia leaf extract." The drink is extremely sweet and salty and we could not even take a sip. The product pretends to not be sweet at all but in fact it is ultra ultra sweet. Beware. Do not buy it if you're looking for an unsweetened electrolyte drink that does not taste sweet.

These definitely have a salty taste, but I like them. I drink them mid afternoon for a little pick me up and can feel a difference when I don’t drink one.

This stuff is definitely the best drink you could have if you battle dehydration in the warm weather. I actually mix mine with lemonade and water about 1/3 each. 🙏 I no longer cramp.
