These aren't the cheapest insoles around, but I think they are the best ones available if you are looking for a high level of arch support, and it's a lot less expensive than getting them professionally made to fit your needs.They last forever, as the support pieces are solid. It's great to be able to customise them to suit your comfort needs and the shoe. It's a bit of a shame to waste all the bits that you don't need, but I don't suppose there is any way around that. (I've found that you can sometimes pop a spare arch support under a normal insole and get it to stay put)In flat shoes I find that I can put a heel wedge underneath these and that is even more comfortable.2022 update: While looking to buy some more of these, I notice another reviewer thought they had bought fakes. When I reviewed in 2018 the insoles were genuine, but things can change.

I would recommend these, such a good design as you can change the arch control from soft to hard, therefore you have the choice of alternating separate feet

Stinky plastic! On the photo insoles look genuine, but this revolting chemical smell and materials used show that plegarism in China is blossoming!

Definately worth the investment!

My wife finds these very comfortable to wear in her trainers
