Can't get into details, but my husband was taking them and seemed invigorated overall. He said he was getting more from his workouts, felt stronger and he said he felt like he recuperated from the workouts faster. I noticed he had more energy and overall just seemed like his mood improved. They are not hard to take since theyre regular capsules. I thought they were a good value so I already bought a second bottle when we ran out. We could see a noticeable improvement in how he felt when he took it. Seems like a great quality product. I'm not sure which ingredient is working so well or if it's just them working together, but probably the most cost-effective male boost weve bought so far. I'm not going to say it's blue pill, but definitely is effective. I think if you're a healthy person that takes care of yourself already this will give you that little extra edge you need in the gym or at home. At least that was our experience.
