Awesome power in a lightweight, compact panel!
Very impressed with this Grecell 200 watt portable panel. Not only was the price amazing, but the quality and the function of the panel lives up to Grecells reputation. I purchased this panel to charge 2 x100ah lithium batteries and to keep my 12v compressor fridge running. I hooked it up to test it and this is in January when the sun is low. It already hit 144 watts and I'm sure it will do much better when we get some real sun for extended periods of time. Very happy how well it works and it's compact size. Easy to haul and setup too. I'm running a 100/30 Victron charge controller inside my camper. I have a 6 foot cable with a anderson connector from the MPPT controller out through the old lead acid battery vent hole in the side of the camper. I then connect that 6 foot cable to a 30 foot extension cable to the solar panel. Works perfectly! Very excited to do some off grid camping with this setup. Thanks Grecell!

Excellent lightweight solar power for off grid camping and power outages
I needed a reliable way to keep my portable power station charged while camping in remote areas without electrical hookups. The Grecell 200W folding solar panel immediately caught my attention because it promised high efficiency in a very compact package. I took this on a road trip now that it has warmed up a little, and used it every afternoon to top off my battery which runs my portable refrigerator. It deployed easily on rocky ground and the attached legs kept it angled perfectly toward the sun throughout the afternoon. Pros: 1) The four integrated kickstands provide great stability and allow you to adjust the angle to catch the most sunlight. 2) It includes several different adapter cables right in the zippered pouch so it connects to almost any major brand of power station. 3) The entire unit folds up securely with magnetic closures and takes up barely any space in the trunk of my car. 4) The conversion rate is very impressive and it managed to pull significant wattage even under a slightly cloudy sky. Cons: 1) The surface material can get incredibly hot to the touch after sitting in direct sunlight for several hours. 2) You must be careful to avoid leaving it out during heavy rain storms since the connection ports are not completely waterproof. 3) The kickstands can kind of be a pain to fold out due to the velcro being very strong. The Verdict: This folding solar panel is a fantastic investment for anyone who enjoys extended camping trips and needs a reliable way to recharge their electronics away from civilization. It offers outstanding value for the price and the included adapter cables save you from having to purchase extra accessories.

Lightweight, expected power output, somewhat flimsy stands
The lighter weight and relatively compact size are definitely nice. Fabric construction seems reasonably sturdy, but time will tell. The built-in stands work, but are a bit flimsy. Connected the panels to a Victron 75/15 MPPT controller with the panels facing more or less directly at the sun at about 3PM on a clear, sunny day (about 37.8 degrees latitude). The MPPT control showed an output of 134W which is about 68% of the panel's rated power, which is pretty typical for a retail solar panel. So power output is what one would expect from a retail panel. I do wish that Grecell would provide full specs on the panels to document things such as open-circuit/optimal voltage/current, by-pass diodes, etc - all those things are important to known when deploying/using solar panels. I did some experimentation and the panels behave as if there were a by-pass diode on each of the four panels. Partially shading one panel drop power by about 25%. Partial shade on two panels drops power by about 50%. So it exhibits the behavior that one would hope for, though it would be nice for Grecell to publish these details so that one could know for sure.

Good quality folding panel system with a couple minor drawbacks
This is a good quality folding solar setup that puts out good power. I give it high marks for build quality and it comes with a connector cable that fits most solar power stations. A couple small dings. This is advertised as "flexible" but the panels are not flexible at all. They're solid and don't bend one bit. It's also advertised as a 12/24 volt but there's no way to separate the array. You can either buy the 12 volt version or the 24 volt, you can't switch between them which would be a big selling point in my book. Overall I still give this panel high marks for build quality, power generation and value for the money. That and my Oupes Mega 1 is nice portable power system that is very useful.

Very long but works great
This panel is almost 7' long when fully opened and so far has worked great. This panel is rated 200W but even on the brightest sunny day the most I ever got is 189W.
