This is my first purchase but this will not be my last. Very happy with the product quality and packaging. Light smokey flavour. Exactly what one looks for from darjeeling tea. Very refreshing. Perfect leaf size. Please don’t take this tea with milk. This is a black tea not milk tea. Thank you Makaibari & Amazon for this value for money product. 😊

Good product...strong tea. One filling can easily give two infusions.

Refreshing and rejuvenating

Firstly, the tin and the bag containing tea had already been opened by someone before I received it. Unfortunately, I did not notice it till I was to use it. It seems the courier wanted to steal it's contents, but on finding tea leaves abandoned the idea. The brewed product was also not a very great experience. The flavour came out at about 4.15 minutes.

A beautiful, fragrant, non acidic tea. No milk or sugar, it is stunning. Much better than other luxury teas

Bought Makaibari Tea Treasures Springtime Bloom 100 Gm Loose Leaf First Flush Black Tea at ₹620 and found a bit too costly for the quality of that tea. It is a mixture of little black leaves with a lot of brownish and greenish leaves with a odour of crushed bamboo leaves. After getting peculiar smell I was not sure about the taste, so used less than recommended amount. Anyway after preparation took a sip of the decoction (after soaking for 4 minutes) of 3 tsp in 450ml water around 95°C was quite bitter.So the quality of this perticular varity is worst and the hard earn money was a complete waste. I am not going to buy this any more. I think it's not at all a Makaibari product.

This Darjeeling is surprisingly good. It will be a Darjeeling I will reorder again and again. My favorite tea is Darjeeling.The flavor clarity and delicious undertones of this tea are excellent.

I really like this tea very much however, it is not what I received. This is the second time this has happened and I cannot return it or replace it. Amazon has returned my money which is indeed very nice.I received instead white peony tea. It too, is very nice and now we like it as well.Please ask your distributors to look very carefully at what is ordered and what they send to customers. It has happened twice; I repeat.Thank you. This is a very high quality tea.
