Good vitamin
i've been using these vitamins for about eight or nine years. This is the only multivitamin that I will ever use. I noticed that I have more energy when I take these and my friend who suggested them to me was right about one extra benefit that we both get from them, faster hair growth. The only downside is the size of the pill, but I don't have any other complaints due to the benefits I've gotten from using them.

Best Vitamins
Love this brand and these vitamins. I found this brand YEARS ago for my prenatals. Can I tell a difference when I take them?? Yes! Most brands I’d take because I think taking them is a good idea, but these I can feel a difference if I take them or if I skip. Most days I take one instead of the full recommended. Helps me justify the extra cost to stretch them, but if I felt the need for the whole dose, I’d take it. One seems to work well for me. I recommend them.

The best vitamins you can buy.
I am 47 and have taken these for a few years now and they are incredible. I took the regular non women’s one for over 20 years and love them too. Both vitamins increase your energy and clarity as well as give you the needed supplements. I strongly suggest these vitamins, they are worth every penny, and they are vegetarian and gluten free.

To much iron for me 18mg raised my glucose :(
Yes, high iron levels can significantly affect blood glucose levels, with research indicating that excessive iron stores are associated with an increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes, as high iron can contribute to insulin resistance and impaired glucose metabolism; essentially, too much iron can negatively impact how the body processes sugar in the blood.
