We have 2 house cats & this machine has helped massively. Finding the right litter is essential to keep it running well. The uv light is brilliant, keeps the smells away! We did have a faulty sensor after a 3 months, I contacted their customer services & spoke with a lady called melody who was very helpful & they sent me new sensors out straight away. She also attached a youtube video on who to fit them, which fairly easy to fit. All in all we're very happy with elspet self cleaning litter tray. My 2 cats love it aswell.

3 months on the anti stick film has peeled off but customer services in China sending two replacement films. Rake spikes the poop then folds away with the poop on it, which you don’t notice till the smell hits you and because the odour retaining flap is getting caught on the back door, im getting a double whammy , now replacing bag every time cat uses it. I’ve been told to put something heavy on silicone flaps to stop it getting caught. Great, and I paid £300 + going back to scooping again

This is generally a poor product. It looks great, but it malfunctions. Doesn’t reduce the smell of cat waste, it doesn’t always trigger the cleaning mode. I got this with a £100 off voucher, and still didn’t think it was value for money. We were also terrified that it would start the cleaning mode while our cat was inside, so put it into sleep mode while he was alone. It is HUGE too, but the inside area wasn’t very large. We have a large breed kitten and even at 3/4 months we couldn’t see this product lasting as he grew. We returned the product in the end. For us, it wasn’t really fit for purpose.

This Auto Litter is a must, especially with multiple cats, I have a minion and a large moggy both only use the litter so keeping up with smell, emptying and cleaning was like being a zoo keeper now I just pull out the full bag and dispose of although with my two it is daily .. the set up was a bit fiddly and the rake didn’t work straight away but with a bit of tweaking and fiddling we got it sorted, no idea why the only thing that may have been a factor was there being too much litter in but after watching you tube videos we got sorted, there is no smell but as I’ve mentioned the bag needs replacing every day as it may begin to, the appearance is very ambient the cats get ready for the auto clean which fascinates them lining up to watch, even when they are scrapping, I’m sure they go in for the novelty factor .. the weight is about right for a robust piece of kit which needs to stand the weight of a 7kg maincoon … because there is no smell, it looks very futuristic we have moved it to the lounge away from their eating station and as we have wooden floors fits in well, I’d say don’t hesitate it’s a bargain in comparison to other models and in my opinion is a great product for the money 😊

he product worked for a few months and how of the blue, the door stop working. I contacted the seller to try to resolve the problem. they sent me new parts and a tutorial to change the door. They say it is easy to complete this, believe me it is not. The access to the parts and screws is terrible, the parts are very small and they don't fit as they need to in order to complete the installation. Because of the sensors, I now have 2 doors that cannot be put back and the machine won't work, it keeps beeping and I need to keep it powered off. The costumer service team keeps insisting in more pictures and videos of the parts and the assemble process, which is impossible to do as again the access to reach the small parts is very difficult. I keep insisting on collection and refund of the faulty problem with the machine still in warranty and they keep asking me for more pictures and videos and not presenting a solution. My experience and review is that product is very sensitive and temperamental, is doomed to break at any point and the support to resolve the problem just not good enough. So my recommendation is to save your money and avoid all the issues and headaches that this machine is doomed to cause.

I don’t usually write reviews but felt this deserved one. I have two indoor kittens and I was cleaning their traditional litter tray 4-5 times a day, also the smell was a permanent problem. I invested in this, after reading the reviews, and it is a life changer. It was easy to set up, I only have to empty the bag once every 5-4 days, which again is simple. There is a smell for a few minutes but the UV light comes on and the smell goes.One of my kittens took to it straight away but the other was a bit nervous, she did mess in other areas, to solve this I picked up the faeces put it into the machine and gently put her in as well and calmed her. After three days she was using the machine.This is a great item and would highly recommend it.

Pee leeks to outside from the gap, I tried so much to fit and asking their website chat service, however no reply and no solution.I have changed few types of sand, but nothing changed.Also many times scoop didn't move, one of the reson was a black bin bag which make the flip door stuck.Another time was sand stone dropped underneath of tray, then stuck.Most upset issue was during I was away for 10 days, I couldn't see scooping issue by app.App never have notification of fault, seems moving properly.I was so disappointed to see full of poo and pee leeks on the floor so much when I came home...Deodorant worked only first 1 month, smells getting worse and now completely no help.It's not easy to take care of this machine.If I could find out those issues more earlier, I definitely refund this.
