Did not help in anyway
Did not help at all with sleep issues or leg cramps. Also did not relieve constipation. seems the tablet is too hard and may have to take it around 2-3 hours before sleep. will not buy again

Pure Nutrition Chelated Magnesium uses the right form (glycinate) but ruins it with too many fillers, colors, and a hard tablet that’s heavy on the gut. Works mildly, but not clean or well-absorbed.
