Not as easy to put together as video shoes. Cheap plastic that bends out of shape, doesn't clip together securely. Do not recommend!

I bought the Fellie Cat Litter Tray with UV Sterilization hoping for a large, easy-to-use litter box for our two cats. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. Size & Design The listing claims this is a large litter box, but I can confidently say it is one of the smallest we’ve ever purchased. If you have a kitten or a very small cat, it might be fine, but for two average-sized cats? Not a chance. Assembly Nightmare I’m no novice when it comes to putting things together, but this was an absolute pain. Trying to click all the parts into place at the same time was frustrating, but after some struggle, I finally got there. However, our cats couldn’t figure out how to use the front cat flap, so we ended up leaving it off entirely. Functionality & Major Flaw Once assembled, I filled it with litter and set it up for our cats. The next morning, we woke up to a huge mess—urine had leaked all over the floor. Upon closer inspection, I found a thin split in the plastic, barely noticeable at first but clearly the culprit. I assume this happened during transit, so I tried reaching out to the seller to discuss our options. Customer Service & Resolution After getting zero response from the seller, I turned to Amazon, who swiftly stepped in and sorted it out for us. Their customer service was excellent, handling the issue quickly and professionally. Final Verdict For the price, I expected something more durable and actually large enough for the average cat. Between the misleading size, frustrating assembly, leaking issue, and lack of seller support, I can’t recommend this product. That said, Amazon's great customer service saved the day, so at least the experience wasn’t a total loss. Update 09/03/25 - This Order Is Going from Bad to Worse After speaking to an Amazon agent, I was assured that I would be refunded and wouldn’t need to return the item. However, a week later, I still hadn’t received the refund, so I contacted Amazon again, only to be told the previous agent had misinformed me. Now, I was suddenly required to return the item, even though it had already been used by our cats. On top of that, I was told to contact the seller again, despite the fact that we had already tried, and the seller never responded. At this point, the situation has gone from bad to worse. Thankfully, I still have the item, but had I followed the first agent’s instructions and thrown it away, I would have been left without the product, without a refund, and with no way to return it. What started as a simple return has turned into an absolute nightmare.

The litter tray is really good, it looks like a space ship in our hall lol, no more bad smells and no more looking at the litter when we have visitors, I’ve had a few comments saying what a good idea it is, even the cat enjoys her privacy and there is no more litter all over the floor as she scratches .

A little flimsy but overall product is ok. Easy to clean. The UV light does seem to prevent smells but doesn’t stay on very long. Approved my cat Luna (when she uses it correctly)

It is okay but I don't think my cat will use it much but will wait and see. I have just got this today and it isn't great quality, quite cheep looking and the parts don't slot well together. The tray underneath is quite thin plastic so I can't imagine it lasting long. The front door also only goes one way so if you have a medium/large cat they can't exit very easily. I've had to remove the front door so that he can get in and out easier. I will probably shave down the plastic so it goes both ways. My cat who is 4.5kg doesn't fit well through the top hole and litter flicks out when he jumped out. So doesn't solve the litter issue. The front door doesn't lay flat so has space either side of the door so litter and smells can still escape easy. The things I like are the UV light and the filter. I hope this helps with germs and smells. I like that there are 2 filters included. Gave it 3 stars because I think there are much better quality litter trays out there. It is okay for the price but I couldn't imagine it lasts very long. I would have returned if I had not have already filled with litter. I think this would suite a smaller cat and kitten (maybe under 3/4kg). It is a little small for my male tabby once it's built. He can't turn around easily

Very disappointed with this litter box not only did it come with a piece broken the cat flap doesn’t fit properly it’s definitely not leak proof and the most stupid idea was to have indents where the feet are so when the cat has a pee the clumping litter gets stuck in the holes and is a pain to clean so would def not recommend I am looking to purchase something else
