Favorite resistance bands!
My favorite resistance bands! Fabric is so soft and comfortable on your legs. Super durable. They give you a great workout. Perfect for Pilates. They come in a zip pouch which is great for storage/brining them with you to a class.

Stays with in place for a great workout and stretch
The inside of the bands have beveled grips to keep your bands in place. Even with extreme movement, your bands stay in place and don’t ride up or down. Great quality! Comfortable and durable!!

Great workout
Never have worked out with resistance bands at home, but I feel like I am getting the workout and resistance I am looking for. They are the perfect width and do not fall off easily. Easy to use.

Not durable - I was a fan until the elastics in the band started snapping after 3 months
I was hoping for better longevity from a $35 set of band when basic ones cost a fraction. The bands feel great, they are soft and the anti slip dots on the inside are very convenient. No rolling, and their width makes them really comfy to use compared to basic bands. That said, I used the Heavy band for squats for about 3 months, and noticed a number of the internal elastic fibers coming out and the resistance level is decreasing. The Light band is showing the same signs of wear, although less intense. Amazon won’t help because I purchased these more than 6 months ago (and it took me a few to graduate from the Medium to the Heavy)! So all in all these are a great choice - if you’re OK with a short life span or using them for light exercises.

Not what I expected
They are very good and look amazing but the quality might not be what I was expecting in the long run… I’ve used mines moderately and they’re not good enough
