Good quality and the fabric is not that bad

Runs a bit large but will shrink a bit in the dryer. The trick I've found w/ these type of shirts is to hang dry until nearly dry then toss in the dryer on low to fluff it up a bit and soften it up. You'll avoid any over-shrinkage and prolong the life of your clothing. The cut is nice, the material is what you'd expect for the style. A cotton imitating linen, which I don't mind. Good for the summer. Cut and fit isn't weird, which I often find on cheaper shirts on Amazon.

I hate to iron and I should have known when I saw it was 100% cotton that I would have to iron it every time but my husband had another shirt like this and dearly loved it so I crossed my fingers and hoped I was wrong and it wouldn't be so wrinkly. Well I lost out once again, it is going to be ironed every time it is washed, that just means I will need to hide it in his closet a little better than the polyester shirts. The style and color are great it's just those darn wrinkles.

Great for pictures

I ordered this "JOGAL Mens Guayabera Shirts Cuban Short Sleeve Casual Button Down Beach Shirt" in black so I'd be cool for the summer. Cool for the Summer! It is comfortable, 100% cotton, includes an extra button, and fits as expected. Two negatives: there were two defects in my shirt: 1) the seam was oversewn and there was some white thread that was embedded in the material under the embroidery. 2) while the description says "hand or machine wash", it doesn't make it clear that tumble-drying is not ok. I have nowhere to hang this to dry and it came out of the cold wash very wrinkled. I tumble-dried it on low heat and it appears to have survived and that got rid of the wrinkles -- it doesn't appear to have shrunk but it wasn't in for very long.So overall, I like the shirt and the embroidery is nice. My lovely wife is repairing the oversewn seam and removing the white thread, but because of the extra care that's required to clean it, I probably will save it for special occasions.Photos are after washing, along with the care label and the two sample flaws.
