This puzzle was a joy. The box is a beautiful drawer; the sack for the pieces is reusable and durable; the pieces fit together perfectly; and all of them were there! The picture is intricate; for example, the rivets on the train are visible. Lots of foliage, buildings, owls, etc, make 1000 pieces so interesting. Excellent gift, but I bought it for myself! One of the best puzzles I have ever owned.

This puzzle was clear and the picture resolution was great. This is something that you can hang up on your wall when you’re finished. The quality I love. It came quickly, which was really nice. This is what I expect from a Thomas Kinkade art work.

Challenging but fun
This was a challenging puzzle, but I enjoyed putting it together. It looks beautiful framed. No missing pieces. I did find that some pieces fit into spots where they were not meant to go, so that made it a little tricky at times.

Frustrating puzzle
While I love Harry Potter, I found some parts of this puzzle to be very frustrating. There are sections of this puzzle, which are very dark with little to no detail making it extremely hard to differentiate between pieces. There were also quite a few false fits as well. With that being said, when I purchase a puzzle, I like to be able to enjoy them time and time again as I normally like to put them together many more times in the future. With this particular puzzle, I will never put it together again and have already passed it on to someone else. There were no missing pieces.

Peças faltando :(
Primeira experiência com essa marca e não foi das mais positivas. Entrei em contato com a Ceaco e eles não fazem substituição de peças porque o corte poderia ser diferente e poderia não servir. Preenchi um formulário para tentativa de envio de um novo quebra cabeça, por morar no Brasil eu não sei se vão enviar. Uma pena, porque o quebra cabeça é lindo e foi super difícil :(
