Not pairing to android 14 version

First of all,the mentioned model is not black and brass,its gray. Secondly,bluetooth is not connectable in any way. I have tried from one plus,samsung,vivo,motorola phones. It was not at all discoverable, pairing is far away. Third,on switch it on,there is no "on sound" from the speaker. It must have some wrong within.
