Initially, I did not like the packaging because there aren't any markings to show this end up. Amazon needs to put these units in a box with proper markings. The oil that is inside the unit can leak out of the unit's compressor and block the coolant lines which can cause the dehumidifier to fail.My unit was set on my porch completely upside down. I took it out of the box and let it rest for a day before plugging it in. Thankfully it is working great.This unit seems to perform very good. Definitely recommend it to all. Just be cautious about the position it arrives in and take care to let it wait in the upright position for a little while before using it.

We are very pleased with this unit. As mentioned by others it is powerful. We live in Florida where humidity is always high, and this unit is able to maintain RH in the 40 to low 50 range. Completely satisfied.

I received one of these and it stopped working after about one week. It worked great for that week. I sent it back and they sent a new one. It’s been 3 weeks now and no problems. It works well. Pretty heavy though. Great at keeping humidity down in a big room.

Had the 4500sqft unit a month. Keeps 2000 sqft at 35%. It takes an hour to bring 70% down to 35%.
