Exact replacement for broken roof light it replaced. Fairly easy fitting - just a little DIY common sense required.

Good product but
The actual vent was very good, but fly screen could not be fitted as it was too flimsy and the way it latched with plastic lugs, had to fit old flyscreen to make it work, otherwise a good product.

Difficult to set-up
The sensor now works very well but it took 10 days, with many trips up the step ladder, to get it set right. There is no indication of what to expect from the three setting dials and when the device is mounted high on a wall it is difficult to adjust. Being outside it must be adjusted in daylight but it only comes ion in the dark.
