This device has been powering my laptop 24/7 with no issues at all.

This is a perfect replacement for the original ResMed AirSense 11 AC adapter. The power block itself is nearly the same size and shape as the original. The adapter that plugs into the CPAP machine itself ironically looks identical, right down to the yellow plastic piece that surrounds the plug. The cord that attaches the power block to your AC outlet is significantly more durable/thick than the original. I’ve used this a couple nights in a row and the power block itself never got hot. I recommend this as a replacement for the original if you’re in need of one or as a backup just in case your original ever fails.

This Arkare works perfectly to power up my ResMed AirSense 11, so much so, I have it in the travel bag to ensure I have a power adapter where ever I go.It's an excellent backup or replacement option if you lose your OEM power adapter that came with the AirSense 11.It's a high quality power supply, durable, well made, versatile and works great. As such, I highly recommend it!

I got this to replace the original power cord for my AirSense 11 cpap machine. The cord has a premium quality. It is made of strong rubber/plastic, and seems like it will hold up to a lot of wear and tear. The power supply looks very similar to the original, and the cord plugs in snugly to the AirSense, again, just like the original. This adapter was less expensive than buying a OEM version. Highly recommended.

I got this to keep in my travel case. I've got a hose, mask, water reservoir...and now a power supply. This enables me to just grab my CPAP machine off my nightstand and put it in the travel bag, where I've already got everything else I need. I don't have to get under the bed and unplug the power supply...or pack up the hose or anything else. Just grab the machine itself and go. (Yes I know this is a "first world problem," but it's also a minor annoyance that can now be prevented.) Seems to work fine, just like the one that came with the machine.

EDIT: the cord Failed at the transformer block during a cruise. Luckily I was able to baby it to keep it working for the cruise duration. DO NOT buy this!!!I bought this to make things easier for travel. I can now leave the OE plug in the house outlet, routed nicely behind the bedstand. I have this more compact charger to pack with my travel stuff.
