Never cut from the top line and the bottom line of the top and bottom eyes pattern 4. Stay outside your inner eyes waterline 5. Don't be shy with the water wetting the paper back. Wait approximately 40 second before remove the paper. 6. once the paper has been removed wet the eyes again to smooth it out and seal it. Again don't be shy with the water !! 7. Wait 5 minutes for the eye tattoo to fully dry and seal. 8. when you find your perfect fit simply save your backing paper for the yop and bottom eye , that is now your own personal pattern.
