Perfect size diver for my 6.5 inch wrist. Firm bezel action. Love the color scheme. Wearing on a Barton silicone strap. Leather band supplied is very nice. But the silicone band conforms more closely to my wrist giving me the look I like. Keeping very good time on this first day of ownership. Lume is very good. Has a nice vintage vibe. Like the circular cyclops. Lastly very reasonably priced. Highly recommended !

Great watch

This is a great watch for the price. Automatic movement is smooth, keeps good time and can endure long rest periods when I'm not wearing it. Luminance on face markers is good. The leather band has a nice suede finish and two loops to secure the tail end of the strap. Im an avid do-it-yourselfer and use my hands constantly. This watch has kept up nicely. It transitions from the workshop to dinner out with no trouble..a simple, good looking design.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4 out of 5 stars) Beautiful Watch with a Few Small Flaws I just received this watch, and my first impression is that it’s genuinely beautiful. It looks very close to the photos, and in hand, the build quality feels solid and well-made. That said, there are a few small issues that keep it from being a perfect purchase—nothing deal-breaking, but worth mentioning. 1. Dial Alignment The dial is ever so slightly off-center—maybe 1 to 2 degrees tilted to the left. It’s not noticeable at a glance, but if you find yourself admiring the watch for a while (as I do), you’ll spot it. 2. Misaligned Indices The 6 o’clock index is also tilted slightly to the left. It’s a minor detail, but it adds to the feeling that quality control could be tighter at this price point. 3. Lume Quality The lume is underwhelming. I recently picked up a 39mm San Martin diver here on Amazon for about $30 less than this 40mm Spinnaker, and the lume on the San Martin is on another level. It charges quickly and glows incredibly bright and long—like it was dipped in radioactive fluid. I wish this Spinnaker came close. Final Thoughts Would I buy this watch again? Yes. It’s a great-looking piece with a lot of charm. But do I think it’s worth the full price I paid? Not quite. An ideal price point would be around $130–$150. I understand Spinnaker may not have the same economies of scale as brands like San Martin, but at the end of the day, this is a rebranded Seiko NH35—nothing too special under the hood. Overall, it’s a solid watch with standout aesthetics, but it could benefit from better finishing and lume performance for the price. ***UPDATE*** I ended up returning the watch. The off center dial was driving me crazy. It’s a shame because it’s a really nice watch, but the assembly was lackluster. Dropping my review to 2 stars because of this.

Nice looking watch, but why did they install such a small cyclops magnifier on the crystal? It makes it very difficult to read the date.
