I am pleased with this product. I noted the new shoes are solid versus the original ones with flaps. They fit great and work just fine. I also noted the new wings are longer and extend past the body of the cleaner. They snap right in place and it is does not affect the operation in any negative manner. My Diver Dave is once again walking the floor of my pool and cleaning like it did when I first bought it. This kit was a great value. I did not need to change the flaps on my cleaner. In appearance, they are identical to the original flaps.

I thought I was going to have to replace my whole pool cleaner. This was very easy to retrofit, and my pool butler was back to working harder than ever.

I have a 4 year old Hayward Navigator Pro. It stopped working and I couldn't figure out why. Spoke to my pool guy who told me the feet and other parts wear out. It never occurred to me that a machine that spends its life going back and forth along a pebble finish pool would have parts that wear out (Duh!). I ordered this kit, as well as new pods, since those also had signs of wear and the plastic had worn through in several spots. Watched a few YouTube videos and, fifteen minutes later, voila, my Navigator robot was zipping along the bottom of the pool. For about $55, I saved the cost of a new robot, which runs about $400. These are genuine Hayward products; they fit the Navigator robot perfectly; easy to install with the supplied screwdriver and my pool is once again spotless! Highly recommended.

Hayward pool vacs have wear indicators for these parts that should be checked. If you wear indicators are close to the replacement mark or you can't see the replacement mark, you might need this. The kit is very complete and I have had better results replacing everything than just the feet. While this kit is expensive, it does work well and is still cheaper that going to some pool stores and buying the parts separately.

All OEM parts and after installing in my Hayward Poolvac Ultra, it ran perfectly. Very pleased with the purchase. On a different note, I noticed some reviews people sometimes have problems with the Vac not moving along or picking up like it should, and I must confess I was one of them. What I realized (which to some might be a no brainer) is when you place it in the pool, before letting it sink to the bottom, turn it upside down and release "all" air bubbles from the unit. This prevents air being trapped in the Vac unit, which prevents proper suction.

Worked Like a charm! Between the instructions (included) and YouTube I had no problem replacing parts and now our navigator is working like new. Would definitely buy again. Delivery was super quick and everything was exactly as advertised.

The kit was easy to install and the unit worked like new. A very good produce well worth the money.
