Had to replace the inner guts of my 7 yr old unit & everything was as described. Total of -30 minutes to disassemble & reassemble. Running like a top & climbing the walls! Best fix for $100.00.

Wow, I replaced every moving piece for about $100. The parts in this kit are the most critical. Nothing was broken, but my cleaner just lost its ability to move. The MAIN piece that did the most is the A frames. Stuff was worn and I just did not realize.Nice to have my Navigator like new again.

The price was good the shipping was fast and it’s something you don’t read about to fix hose tangling if the Hayward navigator I was stumped but I did everything I read (hold it up by hose see if it spins like it should ✅ make sure the hose isn’t rolled up when not in use✅ Changing the rubber feet and plastic wings ✅) like I said I was stumped but I untangled the hose again and watched it for a few minutes at first it seemed it was doing what it should but then I noticed something strange it got stuck in place no obstruction and low and behold the hose was spinning but it wasn’t moving forward like it should and bam I ordered this and changed all the parts even though some looked fine I had them and had it apart (not as hard as you may think) the 2 screws that are 1/4 inch heads were the only screws that had corrosion or rust”cheap stainless I guess (cause stainless doesn’t rust right!)” but it was simply easy when you do the turbine make sure you put it back together the way it says turn vacuum right side up and make sure the timer wheel is in place pops on to square thing sticking up from bottom with plastic washer in between everything else is simple really while I was doing it I did everything but turbine first and my wife was playing some game on her phone next to me and said that’s it your done and I said everything but the turbine which was 6 more screws pull out put new bearings on new part slide into bottom because that’s where the notches are the only thing that had to be lined up screwed it all back together and whala it’s fixed it took me more time to type this than to fix itYour friend joe

Using online videos was able to repair Hayward using this kit for a fraction of the cost of a new one.

Somewhat complicated to install, but high quality product. Hayward vacuum works like new now.

Fit like a glove. Rebuilt pool cleaner works like new.
