I've been using it for more than 3yrs still working well. It has 2 heat modes & cold air button. The cold air button needs to be press and hold to use it which is a minor negative in my opinion. Overall it's a good product and easy to carry around while you're traveling.

Best product. Easy to carry and store. It's comfortable to use and dries hair completely within 5-6 minutes of usage.

The product is good overall, but the cool shot button sometimes feels stuck. When pressed, it does not always respond properly and I have to press it multiple times for it to release and stop blowing cool air. This felt a bit odd on a brand-new hair dryer, which is why I am giving it 3 stars. This is only my first impression review, as it has been just around 12 hours since I received the product.
