ELECTRIC PRODUCT SCAM !!!
⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointed with the Product & Service I purchased this Prestige Induction Cooktop on June 13th, and within just two weeks June 30th it completely stopped working. It wouldn’t turn on and became useless. I tried contacting both Amazon and Prestige customer service at least 8–9 times, but both kept redirecting me to each other. Even after 10–12 calls, there was no proper resolution. Finally, one senior executive told me that my return/replacement window was closed — which is very disappointing since the product failed so quickly. This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading as a customer. I strongly suggest not buying electronic products from Amazon without being aware of these issues. It is always better to purchase from a physical store where you can easily claim warranty and get proper support.

Digital board is not Sturdy
Some type of plastic burning smell comes while cooking...And also digital board is not sturdy.. Quality is poor..

scratched ceramic plate on delivery of product
there were 3 scratches on the ceramic plate the day I received the product. but I was in a hurry so without returning I started using it thinking that those scratches were small and nothing would happen but just in 15 days the plate started making noise and scratches widened. I dont know I did right thing to purchase this from amazon, warranty is for one year but now what is to be done?
