Openreach modem fibre connection broadband (BT Infinity,Talk Talk, Sky)

You shouldn't really need to buy one of these as these will be provided by an Openreach Engineer when they are either carrying out an Install or repair. Also the majority of the main Fiber Broad band providers (BT Hub5, Sky Black Hub, TalkTalk Super Router and EE Bright Box) all now provide Broadband routers that have an auto switching ADSL/VDSL modem built in so you don't need one of these. I know this as I am an Openreach Engineer.

Bought this in conjunction with Asus dark knight rt-n66u to replace my BT Homehub. It works really well and the combination has provided a massive improvement to my home network.

This product didn't work. I even tried it on a family members broadband and still didn't work. The DSL light does not show and does not give any internet to my brand new router. Very disappointing.

Alternative solution to use the dd wrt router. Work very well.

Despite having been promised a date of 10th Aug, for connection, I have no broadband. Open reach reason for this, so the contact in India tells me, is that they have experienced a difficulty. Pathetic. Pathetic excuse from an adviser who could not speak English properly. Where do they recruit these people. I should have learnt from a previous experience, when there was an absolutely horrendous delay, but I thought maybe they had improved. The date for connection is now 23rd, today is the 15th. What a joke. They are a law unto themselves, and seemingly just don't care
